Policies:

Monthly payments are due at the beginning of each month.  Payments not received by the 15th of the month will be charged a late fee.

Weekly payments are due at the beginning of each week.

Pet Sit payments are due at the first day of service.

We accept Bill Pay, checks or cash.

$12 fee applies to all returned checks.

2 sets of keys are requested.

Key Exchange fee of $10 per invoice will be charged per each time we need to pick up/return keys.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations for daily dog walks are preferred 24 hours in advance. But we do understand last minute needs. Cancellation fee will be waived for regular dog walk clients if notice is received before 8:30 am the day of the service.  If close to the scheduled time of the visit, the visit will then be charged full rate.
  
• Cancellations to holiday pet sits less than 7 days in advance will be charged full rate.
  

Holiday Surcharge:  $10

• New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
  

Last minute requests for visits may be charged an extra fee of $10 per visit.
